Cancellations
A full refund will be made for cancellations where written notifcation, via email to , fax on +44 (0)870 366 7976 or letter to Lounge Pass, PO Box 1441, Croydon, Surrey CR9 3XZ, is provided within office hours to Lounge Pass at least 24 hours prior to your departure date.
