Why should I book an airport lounge?
Booking a lounge makes the luxuary of your holiday start even before you board
the airoplane! Don't get caught up in the noise and confusion of the airport
while you wait - Gold Pass can offer you a passport to peace and quiet at a
huge range of airports worldwide.
Where can I book with Gold Pass?
We offer over 125 lounges at almost 100 airports worldwide. A full list of

directory page.
What does it cost to stay in a lounge?
The price of lounges varies depending on location and facilities available,
however prices start at £12 per person. When you choose an airport the quoted
price will be displayed as well as the services on offer at that lounge. If
there is a choice of lounges at that location all options are shown along with
their prices.
What can I do if I have problems while making a booking?
If you are experiencing problems while using this site please get in contact with
us via one of the methods shown on our contact page.
If you have a problem after completing your booking please contact
Lounge Pass directly. As an agent for
Lounge Pass, Gold Pass is unable to assist with post-sales support.
How many people I book a lounge for?
At this time the Gold Pass website only allows a maximum of 5 passengers per
booking. If you wish to book a lounge for more than 5 or make a group booking,
please contact Lounge Pass directly giving at least 7 days notice.
Are children allowed into airport lounges?
Some lounges are specially set up to be family-friendly, these lounges are
usually in airports frequented by holiday flyers. Other lounges do not allow
children aged 0 - 1, or 2 - 11 to use them. The gold pass site will not allow
you to book lounges which do not allow children in if you have specified them in
your party at the quote stage.
How do I amend or cancel a booking?
As an agent for Lounge Pass, Gold Pass cannot make amendments or cancellations
to bookings which have been made. If you wish to make a change to your booking
you should contact Lounge Pass directly. A full refund will be issued for
bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to depature.
What happens if I lose or forget my booking confirmation?
You will need your booking confirmation in order to enter the lounge you have
booked in accordance with the terms and conditions of booking agreed to during
the booking proccess. In the event you lose your booking confirmation you should
contact Lounge Pass directly at least 24 hours prior to the date of your booking.
How long can I stay in a lounge?
The maximum stay within any lounge is 3 hours as specified in the booking terms
and conditions.
Are there any restrictions on entry to the lounges?
Each lounge has it's own entry conditions. These could include a specific dress
code, and it's always advisable to check with the lounge prior to arrival.
What is included in the cost of the booking?
You are free to use any facilities or services available and generally lounges
provide complimentary refreshments however this is not always the case. Where
payment is required for refreshments or services you will be asked to pay
directly at the lounge.
